Job Description: Service Now Architect Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-wide Service Now solutions.

The architect will be responsible for defining the overall platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.

This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and process owners to deliver robust Service Now implementations.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of Service Now platform solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and other modules.

Translate business requirements into well-architected Service Now solutions that best leverage the platform's capabilities.

Define and enforce Service Now architectural standards, governance, and best practices.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development/configuration teams.

Oversee integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, etc.

Drive automation, self-service, and workflow optimization initiatives within Service Now.

Conduct platform health checks, performance optimization, and security reviews.

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to create roadmaps for Service Now platform adoption and expansion.

Stay current with Service Now releases, new features, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).10+ years of IT experience, with at least 8+ years in Service Now implementation and architecture roles.

Strong expertise in Service Now modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, Sec Ops.

Hands-on experience with Service Now scripting (Java Script, Glide API), workflows, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.

Proven track record of enterprise-scale Service Now solution design and integrations.

Deep understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.

Strong knowledge of data modeling, security models, and performance tuning in Service Now.

Service Now certifications preferred: Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/HR/CSM, etc.)Certified System Administrator (CSA)Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
