Job Overview: The Export Manager is responsible for managing the company's export operations, including overseeing international shipments, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, and optimizing the export strategy.

The role requires an individual with a strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and international trade laws, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee Export Operations: Manage the shipment of goods to international markets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Handle the necessary export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.

Ensure Compliance: Maintain knowledge of international trade regulations and ensure adherence to export laws and guidelines.

Work with customs and other authorities to ensure smooth and compliant shipments.

Logistics Management: Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to manage global shipping routes.

Optimize logistics and supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and suppliers.

Address client inquiries and provide support regarding shipping schedules, customs clearance, and order fulfillment.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets.

Monitor international market trends, identify new opportunities, and recommend adjustments to the export strategy.

Risk Management: Ensure that proper insurance coverage is in place for international shipments.

Assess and mitigate risks associated with global trade.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth export operations.

Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to manage inventory and fulfil orders accurately.

Using various marketing tools using Alibaba , Global Sources and Indiamart and have full knowledge to use the same.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3+ years of experience in export management or international trade.

Strong knowledge of export documentation, trade compliance, and global shipping processes.

Proficient in export management software, logistics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.

Certification in international trade or export management (e.g., Certified Export Specialist).

Familiarity with ERP and CRM software systems.

Work Environment: Full-time position.

Occasional travel may be required to visit international clients or attend trade shows.
