Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager Location: Noida (Uttar Pradesh)Department: Sales & Marketing Position Overview: A Person responsible for achievement of order booking and Sales targets through Channel Sales & Project Sales of Power electronics products (like, UPS, VFDs, Inverters) in North region.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Manager with a proven track record in driving sales for Power electronics products (like, UPS, VFDs, Inverters).

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of power electronics fundamentals, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities: Sales growth for Power electronics products (like, UPS, VFDs, Inverters).

Execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Pursue new business opportunities including channel business development, new markets and customer segments.

Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met and products are aligned with market demands.

Technical expertise and support to customers, helping them understand the benefits and applications of Power electronics products (like, UPS, VFDs, Inverters).

Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.6 -9 years of experience in sales, with a special focus on Power electronics products (like, UPS, VFDs, Inverters).

Knowledge of power electronics fundamentals.

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Travel as required.

Desired Skills: Thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
