Job Title: SAP Datasphere Lead / Solution ArchitectWork Location: RemoteJob Type: ContractShift Time: UK shiftExperience: 12+ YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced SAP Datasphere Lead / Architect to drive enterprise data strategy, architecture, and implementation on SAP Datasphere (formerly SAP Data Warehouse Cloud).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BW/4 HANA, HANA modeling, and cloud data warehousing, with proven experience in leading migration and transformation programs.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP Datasphere implementation and integration with enterprise systems.Lead migration strategy from SAP BW/4 HANA and legacy warehouses to Datasphere.Design and implement enterprise data models, semantic layers, and harmonized data views.Define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance within Datasphere.Collaborate with CXOs, business stakeholders, and IT teams to define a scalable data roadmap.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.Integrate Datasphere with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP S/4 HANA, and 3rd party sources (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).Ensure performance optimization, best practices, and reusable frameworks for data pipelines.Stay updated on SAP BTP innovations, AI/ML integration, and advanced analytics.Required Skills & Experience12+ years in data warehousing, data integration, and analytics.Minimum 8+ years hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere (or early adopters with strong BW/4 HANA to Datasphere migration experience).Strong expertise in SAP BW/4 HANA, HANA modeling, SQL, and data architecture.Proven experience in enterprise-scale data strategy and transformation programs.Familiarity with SAP BTP services, APIs, and cloud integration.Strong knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and BI reporting tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
