What You'll Be Doing: Leading a team of individual contributors and supervisors, guiding them in developing innovative methodologies for high-performance cores/IPs implementation.
Collaborating with an expert team to develop PPA methodologies for complex IPs.
Utilizing Synopsys implementation tools such as RTLA and Fusion Compiler to solve critical design challenges.
Working on the latest cutting-edge technology nodes to enhance QOR metrics and achieve best-in-class PPA and TAT targets.
Driving both flow development and the implementation of advanced high-performance interface IPs.
Addressing issues of diverse scope and managing the execution of tasks, understanding current business trends.
The Impact You Will Have: Advancing the state-of-the-art in high-performance cores/IPs implementation.
Developing innovative methodologies that deliver more performance with less power.
Improving the quality of results and making the implementation process simpler and more predictable.
Contributing to the success of Synopsys by driving technological innovation in chip design.
Enhancing PPA and TAT targets to achieve best-in-class performance for emerging semiconductor technologies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
What You'll Need:8 to 20 years of relevant industry experience.
Advanced knowledge of high-performance cores/IPs implementation methodologies.
Experience with Synopsys implementation tools such as RTLA and Fusion Compiler.
Proficiency in developing PPA methodologies for complex IPs.
Strong understanding of the latest technology nodes and their applications.
Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams.
