Daily tasks include overseeing inventory management, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Additional responsibilities include hiring and training store staff, managing staff schedules, and conducting regular performance evaluations.

Qualifications MUST HAVE REGISTERED PHARMACIST CERTIFICATE.

Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills Strong Communication skills Experience in Store Management Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
