Companies reach markets faster with our end-end packaging & artwork management system while achieving 100% compliance. Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of the Manage Artworks platform.
This role is both strategic and hands-on — you will shape the product roadmap, explore and recommend new technologies, and translate market needs into intelligent, user-centric features.
You'll lead proof-of-concepts, drive competitive benchmarking, and work with teams to plan impactful customer demos, ensuring our platform stays ahead of the curve. Key Deliverables Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from research and concept development to launch and post-release optimization. Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Manage Artworks platform, with a focus on AI-driven features, automation, and workflow enhancements. Independently research emerging technologies, tools, and trends, and identify opportunities for product innovation. Conduct customer demos, proof-of-concepts, and pilot programs to validate new features and gather actionable feedback. Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and customer success teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality releases. Understand client workflows across industries (FMCG, pharma, retail, etc.) and design solutions that address both operational efficiency and compliance needs. Monitor product performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and recommend improvements. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes relevant to artwork and packaging management. Champion usability and user experience (UX) by ensuring products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs. Partner with design and engineering teams to deliver a clean, consistent, and aesthetically appealing user interface (UI). Review and refine product copy, labels, and in-app messaging to maintain clarity, accuracy, and professional tone. Desired Candidate Profile Required Skills: 8–10 years of experience, with at least 3–4 years in Saa S product management (enterprise/B2 B focus). Proven experience working on complex, workflow-heavy platforms. Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, or computer vision applications in a product context. Expertise in stakeholder management, backlog prioritization, and Agile methodologies. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a knack for delivering engaging demos to enterprise clients. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making. Nice to have: Domain experience in packaging, artwork management, or regulatory compliance. Hands-on involvement in technology evaluation and feature experimentation. Understanding of enterprise-scale integration with ERPs, PLMs, or content management systems.
