Start from our provided starter project and ship a structured editor with solid export on both Android and i OS.ResponsibilitiesImplement the core editing flow in Flutter:Import video via file_pickerTimeline thumbnail filmstrip with playhead (tap/drag)Split at playhead and delete selected segment (keep 1 segment)Preview playback that skips deleted segmentsImplement export with FFmpeg Kit:Single segment: try -ss -t -c copy -movflags +faststart, fallback to libx264 + aacMultiple segments: trim/atrim + concat into a single MP4Progress UI, error handling, and post-export Open/Share/Gallery actionSupport Android & i OS differences (permissions, storage paths, build settings)Refactor into services/state/UI layers; write a concise README and basic testsMaintain performance (no UI freezes on ~60s 1080p) and handle edge cases gracefullyTech Stack (fixed)Flutter 3.35+Packages: video_player, video_editor, ffmpeg_kit_flutter_new_min_gpl, file_picker, path_provider, path(Nice to have) open_filex, share_plus, gallery_saverRequirementsProduction Flutter experience (async, Change Notifier or Riverpod)Practical understanding of FFmpeg/media pipelinesPlatform knowledge for both Android & i OS (permissions, storage, build/signing basics)Clear communication and documentationNice-to-HavesTimeline editing UX and performance tuningCI/CD and release workflows (incl.
