We work closely with our clients to understand their business before creating and executing integrated marketing strategies that help elevate brand presence across platforms, delivering tangible results. As a growing agency known for our unique ideas, strong design language, and ability to bridge offline and online marketing, we're now looking to add a Motion Graphic Designer to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create dynamic motion graphics and animations for social media reels, ads, and brand campaigns.
  • Translate static visuals and brand guidelines into engaging motion-led storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and strategy teams to develop creative video concepts.
  • Edit video content, add motion effects, and design animated elements to elevate visual impact.
  • Contribute to ideation for campaign visuals, interactive content, and digital-first activations.

Skills We're Looking For
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (Cinema 4D/Blender is a bonus).
  • Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling in motion.
  • Ability to combine typography, illustration, and video into engaging animated content.
  • Knowledge of social media formats, trends, and what performs well in motion.
  • Detail-oriented, creative problem-solver, and open to experimenting with new techniques.
Qualifications
  • 0–3 years of experience in motion graphics or video design (agency experience is a plus).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong animation skills and an eye for design.
  • Degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred (not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
