Role Overview We are looking for a SEO Specialist with deep expertise in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to position Hello CRM as a category leader in the AI-CRM market.

The ideal candidate will not only master traditional SEO but also craft AEO-focused strategies for AI-driven search results, featured snippets, and conversational search experiences.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO and AEO strategy for Hello CRM.

Optimize landing pages, blogs, and product pages for AI-driven search engines and answer engines (Google SGE, Bing Chat, Perplexity, etc.).

Conduct advanced keyword research focused on intent-based and question-based queries.

Build structured data and schema markup for better search visibility and rich results.

Collaborate with content writers to create AEO-optimized content that ranks in voice search and conversational interfaces.

Analyze SEO performance with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and AI-driven SEO analytics platforms.

Identify and execute link-building and digital PR strategies.

Stay updated on evolving AI search trends (SGE, AEO, AI agents) and adapt strategies proactively.

Report SEO and AEO performance to leadership with actionable insights.

Requirements4+ years of experience in SEO with proven expertise in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).

Strong understanding of AI search trends, semantic SEO, and structured data.

Experience with content optimization for voice search and AI-driven search results.

Proficiency in tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and schema generators.

Hands-on experience in technical SEO (site speed, crawlability, indexing).

Familiarity with AI-driven content strategies and prompt-based content optimization.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Points For: Experience working in Saa S or CRM tech companies.

Knowledge of programmatic SEO and automation.

Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools (e.g., Surfer SEO, Market Muse).
