Role Overview We're on the lookout for a Full Stack System Builder to join our tech team and lead the charge in building smart, scalable systems that connect people, automation, and AI into seamless workflows.
We're not looking for someone who just "writes code".
We're looking for a system builder — someone who sees the big picture, connects the dots, and builds workflows that actually work.
What you'll do: - Understand messy business problems and convert them into structured, working tech - Plan clean, efficient workflows (human + automation + AI)- Write functional docs and keep teams aligned - Build hands-on in Java Script, Node.js, Next.js - Guide execution and own outcomes - Test, optimize, and keep improving the system What you must know: - Java Script, Node.js, Next.js - SQL + No SQL (Postgres, Mongo, etc.)- Webhooks, APIs, Sockets - Automation tools like n8n / Zapier - LLMs / AI: You've integrated GPT or similar into real workflows - AWS basics (deploying, debugging, S3/Lambda-level stuff) Nice to have: - Python (for automation/scripts)- Flutter (for mobile-facing flows)- DNS/Dev Ops basics (helpful when scaling) ‍ Who you are: - You think in systems, not just components - You write clear docs and plan before building - You've wired apps + automations + AI together - You can work solo and lead others when needed - You want to ship fast, iterate, and own your work This role is a mix of: ‍ Developer Tech Lead Product Execution Partner If you've built cool things, integrated LLMs, automated workflows, or built internal tools you're proud of — we want to hear from you.
