Position Overview

We're hiring a Full-Stack Web & LMS Developer– Marketing Ops to lead the management and development of our internal learning platform and public-facing website. This is a hands-on, full-stack role embedded within the Marketing team, ideal for someone who can own both functionality and visual execution.

You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving:

  • Our LearnDash-based LMS
  • Our WordPress website (custom pages, forms, tracking, integrations)
  • Our ticketing backend
  • And all the technical pieces that connect them (webhooks, CRM automations, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Ownership

  • Manage and develop the PriceEasy WordPress site (frontend + backend)
  • Build new landing pages, popups, forms, and page templates
  • Handle plugin logic, PHP edits, JS tweaks, CSS styling, and responsiveness
  • Troubleshoot bugs, speed issues, hosting, caching, and API conflicts
  • Implement tracking (GTM, scripts, analytics), CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot), and form logic

Learning Management System

  • Maintain and update LMS content: videos, quizzes, certifications
  • Manage user access, credit logic, and progress tracking
  • Improve UX and layout of learning flows
  • Ensure mobile optimization and speed

Support System Management

  • Oversee Fluent Support for internal and external ticketing
  • Configure routing logic, tags, SLAs, and workflows
  • Coordinate with support and ops teams to resolve issues

Tech Ops & Automations

  • Help the marketing team execute campaigns with landing pages, forms, or interactive elements
  • Monitor platform health, backups, and compatibility with updates

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in full-stack WordPress development (frontend + backend)
  • Strong PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
  • Hands-on experience with LearnDash or similar LMS platforms
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools like Fluent Support or HelpScout
  • Comfortable managing servers, backups, and plugin ecosystems
  • Bonus: Experience working on edtech or SaaS marketing teams

  • Able to self-manage and take initiative without being hand-held

Important Note
