The Role: Hiring Python Developers to support a U.

S.-based foundational LLM company working on next-generation AI models.

Your work will directly influence how these models are trained, evaluated, and refined.

This role focuses on dataset generation, model evaluation, and Python development — playing a key part in Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and benchmarking AI systems.

What You'll Do: Develop efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines.

Generate and refine datasets for SFT and contribute to RLHF workflows.

Run Evals to measure and compare model performance.

Assess and rank model outputs, providing clear, structured feedback.

Partner with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment.

Maintain clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.

What We're Looking For: Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.

Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).

Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.

Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.

Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English.

Open to all levels of experience — from motivated juniors to seasoned professionals.
