: We are looking for a B2 B Marketing Campaign Automation Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing data-driven, automated marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive business growth.
You will leverage tools like Web Engage, Gupshup, Mix Panel and Hub Spot to optimise campaign performance and enhance the user journey for our B2 B audience.
Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and execute multi-channel B2 B marketing campaigns across Email, Whats App, SMS, and Push Notifications to acquire and retain Qube Health App Users ● Design and implement automated user journeys ● Create and manage landing pages, forms, email templates, and lead-nurturing workflows within Web Engage, Gupshup, and Hub Spot.
● Segment B2 B audiences based on industry, company size, engagement levels, and behaviour to deliver personalised messaging.
● Track and optimise campaign performance with analytical tools along with the Data Analytics team● Generate performance reports on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and pipeline impact, and use insights to improve future campaigns.
● Work closely with sales and account management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
● Ensure marketing automation best practices to improve lead quality, reduce churn, and increase engagement.
● Optimise database hygiene, reducing list decay and increasing deliverability and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills: ● 2+ years of experience in B2 B Marketing ● Hands-on experience with Web Engage, Gupshup, and Hub Spot (or similar marketing automation platforms).
● Proficiency in email marketing, Whats App marketing, SMS campaigns, and push notifications.
● Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, reporting, and optimising marketing performance.
● Excellent communication skills to craft compelling messaging for a professional audience.
● Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams.
