Job Title: Account Manager- 10 LPA salary ( Integrated experience is a must)Work Location: Bangalore Experience -4 to 7 years Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager - Client Services team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should come with proven experience in managing client accounts within an advertising/creative agency environment and be able to lead client relationships, ensure smooth project execution, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities: ● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships● Understand client objectives and translate them into clear creative briefs for internal teams● Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver campaigns that meet client expectations● Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and alignment with brand guidelines● Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to clients● Monitor campaign performance and share insights, reports, and recommendations with clients● Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal stakeholders, resolving challenges effectively● Oversee account financials – including budgets, estimates, and invoicing – to ensure profitability Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field● 3–6 years of experience in client servicing/account management within an advertising/creative agency (mandatory)● Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and brand communication● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously● Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
