Roles and Responsibilities: As Software Engineering -Associate/Assistant Vice President, your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing high-quality software solutions.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.

Work closely with other departments, such as product management, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with software development and deployment.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering teams.

Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in the financial services or banking industry is preferred.8-10 years of hands-on experience in IBM Open Pages (8.3.x and later), including designing, and developing complex flows for Governance Risk and Compliance space.

Extensive experience in the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) domain.

Strong experience with TFUI, workflows, configuration, views, calculations, security, triggers, helpers, APIs, AFCON, object models, integration, etc.

Proven experience in designing and architecting solutions on IBM Open Pages.

Proficient in Java to support IBM Open Pages APIs and should be able to mentor the team.

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and processes.

Demonstrated ability to lead a team.

Experience in communicating with user/clients, other technical team management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates and meet production deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction at all levels.

Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders within MUFG.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise: Experience with the full lifecycle of IBM Open Pages version upgrades and migrations.

Strong background working with the Java/J2 EE.

Exposure to batch scripting, and Windows environments.

Devops with CI/CD experience.

Data integration with SQL and Informatica.

Knowledgeable on Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)IBM Open Pages developer certification.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Creative approach to problem-solving, innovation, and issue resolution.
