This role is ideal for someone with a background in interior design, architecture, or allied fields, who is passionate about design and skilled in building meaningful client relationships.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, forging strong industry partnerships, and driving revenue growth through strategic business initiatives.Key Responsibility:Identify and connect with potential clients in the architecture and interior design sectors.Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships.Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.Negotiate and close contracts that align with client needs and company goals.Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials and case studies.Collect client feedback and success stories to support promotional efforts.Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue).Work closely with design, project, and finance teams to ensure operational excellence and resource planning.What We're Looking For:Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of business development experience, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or furniture sectors.Strong research and analytical capabilities to uncover new business opportunities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Creative problem-solving approach to business challenges.Experience with design solutions or furniture-focused companies is a strong plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).Work Schedule: Location: Bangalore, KarnatakaWorking Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)Interested candidates may contact info@archestra.co / 93590 34327 or 96677 70774 for any additional information requirements.
