Role Overview The Wellness Partnerships & Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing corporate partnerships for wellness programs, and managing individual client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Role 1: Corporate Partnerships (B2 B)Identify and engage potential corporate clients for wellness programs, webinars, retreats, and long-term collaborations Support the creation of customized proposals and presentations Maintain and update a structured lead database with timely follow-ups Monitor industry trends to refine outreach strategies Role 2: Client Sales & Support (B2 C)Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with empathy and professionalism Recommend suitable wellness programs based on individual health profiles Handle sensitive health information with confidentiality and compliance Guide clients through onboarding, registration, and payment processes Convert leads using a non-aggressive, trust-building approach Track and report on lead conversion metrics and sales performance Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, B2 B-B2 C sales, or client-facing roles (preferably in wellness, educational, healthcare, or lifestyle sectors)Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Suite/MS Office, and presentation tools Demonstrated ability to balance sales targets with a client-centered approach Experience in handling confidential health information is a plus Apply Now and share your CV to Ishita at (unitedk@uhr.co.in)
