Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to design and implement effective sales strategies. The role also involves negotiating contracts, providing customer service, and attending industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
- Experience in Market Research, Sales Reporting, and Contract Negotiation
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Networking skills
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and event planning in particular
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
