As a key member of our team, you will work on accelerating business growth by delivering premium maintenance and support for software and AI products/projects.
Develop and manage service offerings for software maintenance, ensuring these are periodically benchmarked with industry best practices.
Lead continuous improvements with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with teams to maintain analytical solutions serving client needs and make ideate/implement improvements on current setups to ensure robustness of data ecosystems.
Provide technical support through deeper understanding of relevant data analytics solutions and processes to build high-quality and efficient analytic solutions.
You will work with global stakeholders, acting as a thought partner to support clients in realizing the power of strategic AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities Taking ownership of technical envisioning, feasibility, timelines, and execution of enterprise-grade software applications.
Conducts periodic design and code reviews and shares constructive feedback with team members.
Working with cross-functional and diverse teams having different skills and support scopes; case teams, development teams, and clients.
Leading selling processes to partners and clients and writes large portions of proposal/selling documents/presentations.
Additional responsibilities include people management, collaboration, outreach, problem-solving, and mentoring.
Requirements Strong experience in building cloud-native Paa S solutions using AWS or Azure.
Object-Oriented design SOLID principles and modern design patterns.
Polyglot programming.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science engineering/technology or equivalent.
10-13 years of software development, with at least 8-10 years in engineering management building end-to-end enterprise-scale projects and MVPs.
Proven experience in managing a team of at least 15+ cross-functional resources in a geographically dispersed setup.
