You will be responsible for shaping the mobile strategy, managing cross-platform development, ensuring best coding practices, and delivering world-class mobile experiences to our users.
This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and a product-first mindset.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end mobile application development across i OS and Android platforms.Define the mobile architecture, development processes, and long-term technology roadmap.Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of mobile developers.Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver seamless mobile solutions.Ensure code quality, performance, maintainability, and security of mobile applications.Stay up to date with new trends, frameworks, and emerging technologies in mobile.Drive continuous improvement and innovation in mobile engineering processes.Lead project planning, sprint execution, delivery timelines, and resource allocation.Handle external vendor or partner relationships if required.Engage in strategic decision-making and contribute to overall technology and business goals.Key Requirements:Proven experience 8 to 10 Years in mobile application development with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.Strong hands-on expertise in native (Swift, Dart, Kotlin/Java) and/or cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native).Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices, performance optimization, and app store processes.Experience in CI/CD, mobile testing automation, crash analytics, and release management.Excellent problem-solving and architectural design skills.Strong understanding of REST APIs, backend integration, and cloud-based services (e.g., Firebase, AWS, Azure).Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.Good to Have:Experience with web technologies and backend systems.Exposure to Dev Ops and mobile security best practices.Prior experience in managing offshore or distributed teams.
