Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Engineering Manager for our on-site location in Chennai. The Engineering Manager will oversee the engineering team, manage software development projects, lead integration efforts, and ensure timely project delivery. The role involves coordinating with different departments, managing project timelines, and upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills
- Experience in Software Development and Integration
- Project Management expertise
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Prior experience in the process, oil & gas, or marine industry is a plus
