About the Role We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (B2 B) to expand our presence in the luxury wedding industry.

This role involves building strong relationships with wedding planners, venues, event agencies, and premium hospitality brands to drive business growth and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities1.

Business Growth & Sales Identify and engage with potential B2 B clients, including wedding planners, luxury hotels, event agencies, and designers.

Develop and execute strategic partnerships to generate high-value wedding photography and film projects.

Pitch and present our premium wedding photography and film services to high-end clientele and corporate partners.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through lead generation, networking, and relationship management.2.

Relationship Management & Partnerships Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Develop co-branded collaborations, referral programs, and exclusive tie-ups with wedding industry partners.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetups to establish a brand presence.3.

Strategy & Market Research Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to refine sales strategies.

Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities within the wedding and luxury event space.

Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team for targeted campaigns.4.

Client Servicing & Brand Representation Work closely with the internal creative team to ensure client expectations are met seamlessly.

Represent the brand professionally, ensuring a premium and hassle-free experience for all partners.

Handle negotiations, contracts, and follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding of B2 B clients.

Requirements Experience: 2-5 years in B2 B sales/business development, preferably in luxury, media, events, or hospitality.

Networking Skills: Strong industry connections and the ability to establish meaningful relationships.

Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident presentation style.

Process-Driven Approach: Ability to follow structured sales cycles and manage multiple partnerships.

Passion for Weddings & Luxury Experiences: Understanding of premium wedding aesthetics and client expectations.
