About Role - We are seeking a skilled and proactive Manager – Talent Acquisition with 5+ years of experience to drive talent acquisition for Emeritus.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires, while working closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs and build high-performing teams across different functions.

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple job roles, including bulk hiring, across various functions such as academic staff, operations, marketing, tech, sales, admissions, etc.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the education and Ed Tech sectors.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their hiring requirements and deliver on organizational goals.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Manage recruitment metrics, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications & Skills:5+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on bulk hiring.

Managing talent acquisition for education industry is a must.

Proven track record of building teams from scratch and scaling recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.

Hands-on experience in managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, Education, etc.).
