MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFG's global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific About the Role: Position Title: AVP / Manager - PMO Corporate Title: AVP / Manager Reporting to: Vice President Location: Bangalore Job Profile Experience Previous experience in a PMO, preferably 8 -10 years Experience in the banking industry, at least 10-12 years with a comprehensive understanding of banking operations (Trade, Commercial Lending, Deposits and Payments)Change Management experience, with a minimum of 7-8 years, preferably with Lean / Six Sigma training or certification Skills: Expertise in developing and managing PMO strategies, project management methodologies and techniques, including Agile, Scrum Exceptional ability to develop and manage complex project schedules, identify, and mitigate risks, set project scopes, objectives, and deliverables Ability to provide guidance and team leadership, oversee multiple projects simultaneously, and manage conflicts effectively Highly proficient in crafting and delivering presentations to senior management and other stakeholders Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, critical for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in conducting Cost-Benefit Analysis to estimate the strengths and weaknesses of alternatives in business decisions Responsibilities: Develop and promote standardization strategies to enhance efficiency across projects Oversee the operations within the project management office Support project execution and provide expertise on the planning and closing of projects Implement and enforce project standards across all projects within the portfolio Develop a comprehensive roadmap for the PMO, including a program for continuous improvement Qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (Pg MP) certification is highly desirable Comprehensive familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards Personal Requirements: Excellent communication skills Results driven, with a strong sense of accountability A proactive, motivated approach.
