About MUFG Global Service Private Limited

Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is a 100% subsidiary of MUFG with offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC/ AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally.

About the Role Job Profile

We are seeking an experienced AVP / Manager - PMO with a comprehensive understanding of banking operations to lead our Project Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will have previous experience in a PMO, preferably 8-10 years, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and promote standardization strategies to enhance efficiency across projects
  • Oversee the operations within the project management office
  • Support project execution and provide expertise on the planning and closing of projects
  • Implement and enforce project standards across all projects within the portfolio
  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for the PMO, including a program for continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is highly desirable
  • Comprehensive familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards
