Key Leadership Role in Cloud Engineering The Associate Director of a Digital and Delivery Infrastructure Team leads the engineering, delivery, and optimization of secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud services and products.
This role ensures alignment of platform strategies with business objectives, leveraging AI and automation to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a high-performing team of engineers in delivering best-in-class cloud solutions using Dev Ops and Agile methodologies.
Design and deliver cost-efficient, user-friendly, secure, and compliant cloud capabilities.
Work closely with cloud architects to enhance the platform's security, compliance, and governance processes.
Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to simplify day-to-day engineering and operational responsibilities.
Collaborate with internal cloud stakeholders to identify and implement necessary controls and guardrails on the cloud platform.
Drive innovation by exploring, piloting, and implementing new solutions that simplify cloud deployments and improve customer experience.
Maintain strong documentation practices for all solutions developed and implemented by the engineering team.
Maintain and oversee compliance to cloud security, governance, and audit standards in all aspects of engineering work.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
MS-Azure Certification(s), Dev Ops & AI Certification(s).
10+ years of experience working in IT infrastructure domain, delivering infrastructure and platform services across geographic and business boundaries.
Minimum 5+ years experience working in MS-Azure Cloud Administration, Ia C Implementations following Agile/Dev Ops methodologies in large enterprises.
