About the role We are seeking a seasoned compliance professional to lead advisory support for our non-retail businesses, with a strong knowledge on treasury operations.

The role involves interpreting regulatory guidelines, advising senior stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to RBI and other applicable regulatory/statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring deep subject matter expertise across treasury, Investments ,corporate banking, and institutional financial products, ensuring robust compliance frameworks are implemented and maintained across these functions.

What You will do Advise treasury, Investments , corporate banking, and institutional businesses on regulatory obligations under RBI, SEBI, FEMA and any other applicable guidelines.

Interpret circulars and guidelines related to Treasury Operations, investments, forex, derivatives, and capital markets.

Support regulatory audits and inspections involving non-retail portfolios.

Review compliance aspects of market risk policies, trading limits, and mark-to-market practices.

Ensure compliance with RBI's liquidity risk framework, including LCR and NSFR requirements.

Partner with Risk and Treasury functions to evaluate impact of regulatory changes on market and liquidity risk profiles.

Draft and update compliance policies covering treasury operations, capital adequacy, and non-retail credit.

Deliver training on compliance obligations related to treasury, market risk, and institutional banking.

Act as a liaison between business units and regulators for compliance-related matters.

What you will need8–12 years of relevant compliance experience in banking or financial services.

Strong understanding of RBI regulations, and treasury products.
