We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple web application and CRM development projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent client and team communication skills, and a proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:  Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple web and CRM-related projects from initiation to delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UI/UX designers, QA testers, and stakeholders.

Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Ensure quality standards and compliance with client requirements.

Manage client communication, expectations, and project documentation.

Use tools like Jira, Trello, Click Up, or Asana for task and project tracking.

Perform basic technical evaluations or troubleshoot issues in collaboration with the tech team.

Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the tech industry.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Solid understanding of web application architecture and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Hub Spot, or custom CRMs).

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Technical background or experience working with development teams is highly preferred. Nice to Have: Prior experience with Saa S platforms or product-based projects.

Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and third-party tool implementation.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
