Job Description:

Appreciate the opportunity to join our company as a skilled Frontend Engineer, where you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using React 18 and 14.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating real-time web applications with strict performance budgets. Your responsibilities will include optimizing application performance, implementing App Router, Server Actions, Route Handlers, Middleware, ISR, and Edge Runtime features.

  • Design and develop performant applications using React 18 and 14.
  • Implement features like App Router, Server Actions, Route Handlers, Middleware, ISR, and Edge Runtime.
  • Optimize application performance using React Profiler, @next/bundle-analyzer, dynamic imports, next/image, and caching strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with React 18 and 14 (minimum 1+ year with 13/14 App Router).

Skills: Strong command of React 18 features: Suspense, streaming SSR, useTransition, useOptimistic, useDeferredValue. Expertise in 14 tooling: Server Actions, Route Handlers, Middleware, ISR, revalidation strategies, and caching.

  • Hands-on experience with performance tuning for mission-critical applications.
  • Knowledge of trading UX patterns (charts, grids, optimistic UI updates, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Strong state management skills with TanStack Query, SWR, and server-driven patterns (RSC + Server Actions).
