Roles & Responsibilities :
• Lead the design team in creating visually compelling and user-friendly designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements anddeliver designs that meet business objectives.
• Develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicatedesign ideas.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate ondesigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design to continuouslyimprove design skills and knowledge.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to foster their professionalgrowth.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility andimplementation.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients, and effectivelycommunicate design rationale.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver highquality design work.
• Act as a subject matter expert in design, and provide guidance and recommendationsto improve design processes and workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Civil.
• Qualifications: Relevant certifications in Façade Design.
• Industry of Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in architecture and façade design.
• Language Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical and Hard Skills: Strong understanding of Auto CAD; experience with REVIT is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability towork collaboratively in a team environment.
• Personal Qualities : Strong attention to detail, ability to multitaskand manage competing priorities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
