Technical Program Manager Ai

We're now building a first-of-its-kind AI program — a decision engine that predicts creative and commercial success before production begins.
This role will lead the technical program management for our AI initiative, ensuring that models, data pipelines, and integrations are delivered on time, on budget, and to business expectations.
Key Responsibilities Program Ownership Define and manage the AI program roadmap from concept to deployment.
Coordinate across AI engineering, data science, product, and business teams.
Translate business needs into clear technical deliverables.
Technical Delivery Oversee data pipeline design, AI/ML model development, and production deployment.
Track and resolve technical blockers across teams.
Ensure code, models, and documentation meet security, scalability, and performance standards.
Stakeholder Management Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide regular progress updates to leadership.
Manage third-party vendors, API partners, and cloud infrastructure providers.
Quality & Compliance Ensure AI models meet accuracy, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Maintain audit trails for data usage and decision-making processes.
Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills5+ years in program or project management for AI/ML products.
Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Experience with NLP, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
Program Management Skills Proven track record of delivering multi-team, multi-phase AI projects.
Agile and sprint planning experience.
Strong documentation, reporting, and workflow optimization skills.
Preferred Experience in OTT, media-tech, or digital content ecosystems.
Exposure to generative AI and multi-modal AI (text, image, video).
Familiarity with Web3/blockchain concepts for tokenized content ecosystems.
