Senior Scientific Lead

Job Overview: The Senior Science Expert role plays a pivotal part in driving the success of our organization by establishing and maintaining a robust Gx P management system.
This individual serves as a vital link between local QA teams and ARD Line Units, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading all activities assigned to you, focusing on meeting customer needs and delivering high-quality results.
You will ensure compliance with quality standards, ethics, health, safety, environment, and information security regulations, fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.
This role involves establishing and maintaining GMP management systems, monitoring adherence to internal and external regulations, and supporting training programs and SOP implementation.
You will prepare and support GMP audits, including organizing and tracking follow-up action items, ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards.
Additionally, you will lead initiatives for continuous improvement, performing complex tasks without established procedures, and communicating and solving problems within your area of responsibility.
This role also involves transferring knowledge to other departments or external contractors, including troubleshooting and on-site training, and optimizing project-related scientific/technical activities or processes.
You will provide scientific and technical guidance, foster knowledge exchange, and develop, mentor, and coach other scientific associates, promoting growth and development within our team.
In this role, you will be expected to meet quality, cost, and timelines in all assigned projects, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Gx P management and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
