Job Description:

To lead and manage all aspects of the OSD manufacturing facility, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, safety, and cost-effectiveness while meeting global quality standards and customer expectations.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end plant operations including Production, Quality (QA/QC), Engineering, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and EHS.

- Ensure compliance with c GMP, USFDA, EU-GMP, MHRA, WHO and other regulatory guidelines.

- Lead and manage regulatory audits and client inspections successfully.

- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence initiatives to drive productivity and efficiency.

- Build and mentor a high-performance team with a focus on ownership and results.

- Ensure zero deviation manufacturing with robust documentation practices.

- Monitor plant KPIs, cost control, capex planning, and safety performance.

- Collaborate with R& D, SCM, and commercial teams for effective tech transfers and scale-up.

- Maintain strict compliance with safety, environmental, and legal requirements.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: B.

Pharm / M.
Pharm / M.
Sc / B.
Tech - Chemical / Pharmaceuticals

- Experience: 20-25 years in OSD manufacturing; minimum 5 years as Plant Head/Site Head

- Regulatory Exposure: Strong track record of handling inspections from USFDA, MHRA, EU, ANVISA etc.

- Skills: Leadership, cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, strategic planning

- Preferred: Experience in managing export-oriented facilities (US/Europe markets)
