It's about building a legacy in leadership hiring—partnering with global enterprises, their boardrooms, and leadership teams to anticipate future needs and deliver impact.

Like a skilled stockbroker who can forecast tomorrow's market, the ideal candidate knows which C-Suite leader is preparing for the next opportunity and how to engage them at exactly the right moment.

Success in this role depends on building strong leadership pipelines, managing C-Suite profiles with precision, cultivating trusted executive networks, and ensuring sharp turnaround times (TATs) in closing critical mandates.

It also calls for the ability to moderate high-level discussions and engage with confidence in roundtables and boardrooms.

As the AVP – Executive Search, you will establish and scale ANSR's executive search vertical, focusing on C-Suite and senior leadership hiring.

You will work with global enterprises and their GCCs, shaping leadership talent strategies and advising boardrooms with insight, intelligence, and precision.

You will also be responsible for building and mentoring a team of search consultants, ensuring best-in-class outcomes.

To succeed, you should bring 18+ years of proven experience in executive search, a strong track record in leadership and C-Suite hiring, exposure to global markets (particularly India and the GCC landscape), and the ability to thrive in high-trust advisory roles.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a builder's mindset—an executive search leader who can create, nurture, and scale a practice with excellence.
