Lead Platform Engineer

If you have a passion for building scalable, secure, and automated developer platforms, this is your chance to drive innovation and empower product teamsKey Responsibilities: Lead and manage a high-performance platform engineering team Define and execute platform roadmap aligned with business and technology goals Design, build, and maintain core platform components: infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, security controls Promote Dev Ops best practices: Infrastructure as Code (Ia C), automated testing, continuous integration/delivery Collaborate with product teams to provide robust platform tools and support Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency Troubleshoot platform issues and implement effective solutions Hire, mentor, and manage performance of platform engineers Maintain comprehensive documentation of platform architecture and processes Stay updated with latest platform engineering technologies and trends What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Experience in managing engineering teams, with hands-on platform engineering.
Strong cloud expertise: AWS, Azure, or GCPSolid understanding of CI/CD tools and principles (Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Circle CI)Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)Deep knowledge of Dev Ops principles and Git Ops methodologies (preferred)Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Programming languages: Python,.
