Key Responsibilities Execution of API, Dev Ops & Cloud Testing Strategy ÃÂ÷ Develop and maintain reusable assets including API test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipeline validation tools, and cloud-native testing utilities.
ÃÂ÷ Implementing containerization using Docker and Kubernetes in the test environment ensuring proper configuration.
ÃÂ÷ Drive end-to-end cloud migration testing strategies, including lift-and-shift validation, service parity, and post-migration verification.
ÃÂ÷ Build automated suites to verify API and contract testing.
ÃÂ÷ Implement test harnesses and service virtualization techniques for large-scale, distributed systems.
Hands-on Development of Solutions & Accelerators ÃÂ÷ Design and build reference implementations and accelerators for REST API testing, API anomaly testing, service mocking, and pipeline observability.
Leverage LLM and AI agent as applicable ÃÂ÷ Design cloud-native testing frameworks for validating multi-region deployments, auto-scaling behavior, and disaster recovery in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
ÃÂ÷ Build CI/CD-integrated test accelerators using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Azure Dev Ops for automated execution of API tests Pre-Sales and Customer Engagements ÃÂ÷ Provide technical leadership and SME support during RFP/RFI responses, client discussions, and technical solutioning.
ÃÂ÷ Build client-facing Po Cs and demos showcasing Co E capabilities in cloud-native and Dev Ops-aligned test solutions.
ÃÂ÷ Author whitepapers, solution briefs, and capability decks for customer consumption.
Co E Operations & Governance ÃÂ÷ Drive the roadmap for API, Dev Ops, and Cloud testing under the QE Co E umbrella.
ÃÂ÷ Manage Co E documentation, frameworks, and asset repositories for easy discovery and reuse.
ÃÂ÷ Track and report key KPIs and implementation maturity across initiatives.
Talent Strategy âÃÂàHiring, Training, Upskilling ÃÂ÷ Mentor and coach engineering teams on advanced topics such as Kubernetes testing, contract testing, and Ia C validations.
ÃÂ÷ Drive internal bootcamps and certifications on Postman, REST Assured, Wire Mock, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, and Terraform.
ÃÂ÷ Identify and onboard external talent aligned to strategic capability needs.
Key Competencies & Experience ÃÂ÷ 10+ years in QA/Dev Ops with deep experience in API, Cloud, and Dev Ops-based testing.
ÃÂ÷ Strong coding skills in Java, Python, or Java Script, with experience in test framework development.
ÃÂ÷ Expertise with tools such as Postman, REST Assured, JMeter, Wire Mock, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
ÃÂ÷ Hands-on experience in setting up test pipelines within CI/CD systems (Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins).
ÃÂ÷ Experience in building and productizing testing accelerators or reusable frameworks.
