What You'll Do Own the Full ML Lifecycle: Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced ML systems Solve Real-World Problems: Build scalable, production-grade models that directly power the next generation of e-commerce discovery experiences.
Work with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to bring ideas to life and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Fine-tune models for speed, accuracy, and scalability, ensuring they perform in high-traffic, real-world scenarios.
Mentor fellow engineers, contribute to technical direction, and help shape a culture of excellence, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Partner with the CTO and senior leadership to evolve our ML stack, data pipelines, and infrastructure for scale and impact.
What You Bring Builder's DNA: You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and approach challenges with a product-first, entrepreneurial mindset.
7+ years of hands-on experience building, training, and deploying machine learning systems at scale.
Advanced knowledge in NLP, LLMs or Recommendation Systems Strong Python programming skills and deep familiarity with leading ML frameworks such as Py Torch, Tensor Flow, or equivalent.
Solid experience designing robust, scalable ML pipelines and taking models from experimentation to production in real-world environments.
(Bonus) Experience working on e-commerce, retail tech, or search and recommendation systems at scale.
