We're looking for a Performance Marketer to join our team

If you live and breathe data-driven marketing, love optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and want to own performance from click to conversion, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize and manage Facebook Ads for sales and lead-generation campaigns

- Set up and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube) campaigns

- Run Linked In and other media buying campaigns

- Execute and manage paid link-building, SEO, and SMO initiatives

- Strategically manage and scale paid social campaigns across platforms

- Create, monitor, and refine lead and sales funnels to maximize conversions

- Provide training and guidance to junior team members

- Manage campaign reporting and performance dashboards

- Build marketing strategies and create project case studies to showcase success

Eligibility Criteria

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing

- Proven track record in managing Facebook, Google Ads, and Linked In campaigns

- Deep understanding of key PPC metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)

- Experience with SEO, SMO, and media buying strategies

- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking

- Ability to design and optimize lead funnels and conversion paths

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Team management and project leadership experience preferred

- Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and client interactions
