Role Responsibilities Customizes presentation / marketing collateral to fit the customer's technical needs.
Investigating and resolving technical problems or concerns reported by customers when processing or deploying optical fiber, including site visits as required.
Making customer presentations to support and promote STL's Optical Fiber products and product initiatives to educate customers and keep them up to date on product changes and new products.
Use technical and industry knowledge to help in customer technical response negotiations.
Leverages the capability of the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects to external customers.
Work towards sales goals Build relationships with potential customers.

What we are looking for in you (Skills, Knowledge, Special Attributes, Mobility)High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/ Materials, and/or MBAExcellent English language skills.
Any other language skills are beneficially.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Communication with culturally diverse teams, most of which will be virtual.
Organizational skills and good attention to detail.
Customer focused.
Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Location: Mumbai and Aurangabad.
Experience & Education PG: MBA in Sales, Marketing.(Preferably from Tier 1 Institute Only)Selection Process Candidates graduating by May/June' 2025 will be eligible Candidates having minimum 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA throughout in all full time qualifications (with no backlogs) are only eligible to appear in the Selection process.
