As a key member of this team, you will design, plan, and execute scientific studies to drive the transformation of molecules into life-changing medicines.

You will work closely with a global team of experts to deliver high-quality results and achieve project objectives.
Main Responsibilities Design, plan, and interpret complex scientific experiments for projects across various clinical phases.
Provide guidance and support to laboratory associates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Develop and maintain analytical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
Contribute to defining the overall analytical control strategy, driving process improvements and quality enhancements.
Present scientific results internally and contribute to publications, presentations, and patents.
Requirements Ph D in analytical chemistry or equivalent, with a minimum 6 years' experience, or M.
Pharma/M.
Sc with a minimum of 12 years' experience in analytical research and development.
Proven track record of leading analytical activities in new chemical entities (NCEs) across different phases of drug development.
Expertise in chromatography techniques, including liquid chromatography separation methods.
Familiarity with software tools, such as Office package, LIMS, and chromatography data-evaluation software.
GMP experience in an analytical laboratory.
Demonstrated expertise in a specific scientific area and excellent presentation and writing skills.
