We are seeking a Lead Back-End Engineer to spearhead development and optimization of our EFT Switch and Real-Time Payments infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Vice President for the Unit, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead mission-critical engineering initiatives in digital payments.
Package: INR 2.4 – 3.6 lakhs (based on experience and fit)
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor the back-end engineering team for EFT switch and real-time payments processing.
Design and optimize high-throughput, low-latency transaction flows.
Oversee integration with domestic and regional real-time
