Consulting Partner Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead growth of our consulting business across strategic accounts. As a Consulting Partner, you will leverage existing and emerging capabilities to create new strategic growth areas, deliver significant profitable growth, and build C-level relationships.

This role requires deep expertise and good industry connections to develop the consulting and advisory business. You will identify and define differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic account(s) in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Developing the consulting and advisory business through deep expertise and good industry connections.
  • Identifying and defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Big picture orientation with the ability to conceive effective strategies to drive growth.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building, and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners, and internal organization.
  • Influential internal change agent with gravitas and business building mindset.
  • Successful track record of generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and driving customer relationships into multimillion-dollar engagements.
  • Proven ability to win transformational and strategic consulting sales and strong focus on account planning, business development strategies, participating in large integrated deals, governance, delivery, and operational management.
