Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team at Cemech Lexury Paints. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales in the Adilabad, Telangana region of India. This is a full-time position with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years).

Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the Adilabad region
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team
• Train and mentor junior sales team members
