We are having an urgent opening for the position of HR cum Admin Executive for a reputed company at the Indore location.
Job Description:
Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking. Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations. Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture. Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment. Performing other relevant duties when needed. Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files. Manage & renew AMCs on time Handle minor financial transactions for the office - Travel reimbursement, Mobile bills, Refreshments, etc Courier Management Vendor Management Handling & assigning work to housekeeping staff, office boyGender: Female / Male
Key Competencies:
Proficient in a Microsoft Office Suite, Google Spreadsheets Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
