Roles & Responsibilities:
Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in Skid design & skid piping design Having good experience in Skid design, Piping Design, Pipe routing and piping GA Experience in Modeling and Checking for Pipe Support drawings Good Knowledge in Modelling of Equipment, Piping & Pipe Rack in PDMS/SP3D Planning the tasks, executing, and delivering on time, with cost effective and quality Good Understanding on ASME and API standards Configuration engineering / Component designs related to Fabrications, packaging and installation designs Work with Subject Matter Experts to understand and document the requirements Perform design calculations, initiate ideas, support DFMEA and develop validation plans Conduct design reviews with the stakeholders, communicate results in a concise and accurate manner Provide technical support to manufacturing, quality, purchasing during project developmentRequired Skills (Technical Competency):
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 3+ years of experience Design work experience in skids & skid piping design for skid based systems like lube oil skid, water wash skids, etc. Having Good Knowledge in SP3d and Auto CADD Drawings upload to PDC / SharePoint Update drawings & BOM for release and manufacturing Create documentation for field modifications for lessons learnt or product design change Identify Risks /special needs Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skillsDesired Skills:
