CladUp Design Ltd is a design Engineering studio specialising in Facade design with extensive experience in Rainscreen cladding, render system, precast facade, windows/ doors and curtainwall industry. Our specialty is delivering reliable facade design solutions and preparing accurate drawings for projects. Our technical team can provide a range of services including facade design, co-ordinated facade details, and site installation drawings. We have expertise in using materials like Cladding, Terracotta, brickslip, Timber, Aluminium, brass, Pre-cast Concrete, Aluminum Composite Windows, Aluminium Windows, Reglit Pilkington Profilit U-Profiled Glazing System, Composite panels (Kingspan, Iso Clad, Euro Clad, Alucobond, Curtain Walling (Kawneer; Schuco, etc.), and Steel Frame System (Metsec, EOS etc.) with system calculations.


Role Description

Minimum 4 Year experience required.

This is a full-time remote role for a Cladding Designer. The Cladding Designer will be responsible for designing and developing facade solutions and preparing accurate and detailed drawings, manufacturing drawings and models. The role will require working closely with the technical team and providing technical advice to installers on site. A strong emphasis will be placed on quality control and ensuring the timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications


  • Experience in facade design and developing facade solutions
  • Proficient in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Inventor.
  • Experience in preparing accurate and detailed drawings for projects
  • Strong knowledge of material properties and characteristics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Attention to detail and quality control
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field


Additional experience and qualifications that would be beneficial include:


  • Experience in the cladding industry specifically with rainscreen systems.
  • Able to prioritise and manage tasks whilst working remotely
  • Ability to work under tight submission deadlines
