We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team and support our procurement operations.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. Experience in a tech company or startup environment is a plus.


Skills:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation: Proven negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and manage procurement costs to ensure budget compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Contract Management: Assist in the negotiation and management of supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new suppliers.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and privacy laws.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and product development, to align procurement activities with business goals.
