MCG Talent are working with a multi-award winning global digital agency, and are on the search to find a Performance Marketing Director to join their growing team based in Bangalore, India.Established across 25+ markets with more than 1800 experts, our client is looking for a Performance Marketing Director to shape the future of their marketing strategies within the region.Responsibilities:Develop multichannel strategies and oversee the planning initiatives.Keep up with the latest of Search, Social and Programmatic tends. Monitor and provide strategic guidance on performance of accounts.Manage and optimise client budgets.Lead and organise team, ensuring priorities are clear and tasks are efficiently delegated.Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication.Requirements:8+ years of agency experience, hands-on search, social, and programmatic marketing experience. Strong team leadership experience; minimum of 2-3 years ofteam management experience.Experienced with large SEM and Social budgets.Solid understanding of how SEO works with SEM.
