Vice President, Corporate Communications, Global Agency (Mumbai)An award-winning global strategic communications firm is now looking for a VP / Head of Corporate Communications practice to be based in Mumbai. The right candidate will be entrepreneurial and can generate new business, drive and take ownership over the development and growth of the firm's award-winning corporate practice.The right candidate should bring deep insights and experience leading and mentoring other senior leaders, have a hunter business mentality and strong strategic communications experience which allows the person to advise and provide senior counsel to C-Suite clients.Responsibilities include:Advise the firm’s key clients on public relations and integrated marketing communications, especially at the executive C-Suite level.·Serve as council to C-Suite clients on media strategy, stakeholder engagement, crisis/issues management, corporate affairs and integrated marketing strategyMentor senior staff in leadershipGuide and direct the firm and all practice leads on client development to increase overall revenueLead senior teams to deliver high-caliber work and winning NEW business.Skills Experience required:Strong skills in management, business development, and presentation skillsCandidates from other public relations or marketing agencies preferredThe right candidate will have at least 15+ years of experience across tech, B2B, FMCG.Agency experience preferred but inhouse is fine too.Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.Entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and the ability to meet goals in a fast-paced environment.Outstanding leadership skills and a passion for mentoring staffExperience in driving a strategy in a client service-centered businessReach out to me directly to learn more: that I will not be able to respond to all applications due to time constraints.
